| We have 3 lovely rooms situated in a cottage across the courtyard from the main pub building. |

All rooms are centrally heated, have en-suite facilities (shower, wash hand-basin and toilet), tea and coffee making facilities, freeview tv and dvd player and wi-fi access. |

Our rate is £35 per person, per night based on two people sharing a room. A supplement of £5 is required for single occupancy. This price includes a full English breakfast and VAT.
A deposit of £10 per room, per night is required for advance bookings. This deposit is non-refundable. We regret that there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of your stay. |

We have one wheelchair accessible, ground floor twin room, one double room and one small family room comprising a double and a single bed. Access to accommodation is available at all times. We would ask that guests vacate their room by 10.30am on day of departure. Special dietary requirements should be notified at the time of booking. |

| Dogs are welcome - all we ask is that they are kept off of the furniture. Please notify us of your canine companions at the time of booking. |
